Upper Main Street, Foxford - at the Mayo Hospice, Castlebar

Predeceased by his parents Andrew (Andy) and Eileen.

He will be deeply regretted by is brothers Noel, Frank and Enda, his niece Mika and sister in-law Charlene, his relatives in England and Ireland, his neighbours and his close friends.

Rest in Peace Pat.

In keeping with his wishes a private cremation will take place.
