Dr. Peggy Flanagan née Dunne,

Ballymore Eustace, Co. Kildare and formerly of Carrowreagh Knox, Tubbercurry, Co. Sligo.  

A Memorial Mass will take place in St. John Evangelist Church, Tubbercurry on this Saturday morning, 11th September at 11.30 followed by the interment of cremains in Cloonacool Cemetery. 

Due to Government and HSE guidelines the number permitted in the church is 50% of Church capacity.

It is with heartfelt regret and sadness I learned of dear Peggy’s death. We first met in a hostel in Dublin a few days after both finishing our 1968 Leaving Cert and starting work as Civil Servants. We both moved on to U.C.G. a few months later and enjoyed many great times together over the years there - I can still hear Peggy’s hearty laugh as she successfully pursued her ambition and studies to become a Doctor.
