Sean Brennan,

Dromada Duke, Killasser, Swinford, Co. Mayo - peacefully at his home after a short illness.

Survived by his wife Angela (nee Shanley) and daughter Áine, sister Mena, nephews David and John in New York and family circle.

May his Gentle Soul Rest In Peace.

Reposing in Boland's Funeral Home, Swinford on Thursday evening from 6 o'clock until 8 o'clock (for family and friends). 

Removal from his residence on Friday morning at 11.15 to All Saints Church, Killasser for Mass at 12 noon.

Burial afterwards in Killasser Cemetery.

Family flowers only.   

Donations if desired to Palliative Care, Mayo Roscommon Hospice.

Due to Government advice and guidelines regarding public gatherings and to protect our most vulnerable family members and our friends.

Funeral Mass will be for family only.

Very sincere sympathy to Angela and Aine and all his relatives. Sean was a lovely man. He was a regular mass goer and worked for many years on RSS in our parish of Killasser. He was always willing to mow lawns and help plant flowers and other tasks around the Church and School and Parish house. I can remember the trouble he went to with the time capsule when we prepared one here a few years ago. He loved to chat and had a very kind heart. It’s a big loss to the parish that he has left us. He also collected the offertory baskets at mass in the Church. For all this service to the parish I say a sincere thanks from our faith community here.
Sean supported the Mayo team and went to all the matches.
This time around he will have a very good seat to watch Mayo v Tyrone. If Mayo win there will be great rejoicing in heaven and earth.
