Thomas (Tommy) Kelly

Trien, Castlerea, Co. Roscommon - 24th June 2021 - peacefully after a short illness in the loving care of the staff of Roscommon University Hospital.

Predeceased by his parents Patrick and Bridget and his brothers Noel, Martin Joe, and Michael.

Tommy will be sadly missed by his loving wife Mairead (née Hussey), family Carina (Trien), Mervin and his wife Sheila (Galway), Norman (Roscommon), Trevor (Trien), Daryl and his partner Lisa (Loughglynn), Nerissa and her partner Kieran (Bohola) and Lavinia (Canada), sisters Mary Crowe (USA) and Bridie McKenna (Castlerea), adored grandchildren Ava, Aaron, Alex, Edie, Katlyn, Aidan and Ethan, sister-in-law Marian, brothers-in-law Padraig and Seamus, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Due to Government and HSE guidelines regarding public gatherings and to protect the most vulnerable in our community a private family funeral will take place.

Reposing at Gaynors Funeral Home, Castlerea for family and close friends on Sunday afternoon from 4pm to 6pm.

Funeral arriving at St. Caolin’s Church, Trien on Monday for Mass of the Resurrection at 12 noon.

Burial afterwards in St. Joseph’s Cemetery.

The Funeral Mass will be live-streamed on Gaynor Funeral Directors Facebook page.
