Anne Marie O’Malley (nee Cassidy)

Derryvohey, Balla, Castlebar – unexpectedly at University College Hospital Galway.

Predeceased by her parents  Thomas and Mary Ellen Cassidy (nee Sheridan) and her brother Lawrence (Cunnagher,  Ross,  Castlebar).

Dearly loved wife of Owen and loving mother of Daniel (Dublin) and Rory (Dublin); adored grandma of Harry,  Charlie,  Ruby,  Lily,  Eoghan, Éabha  and  Méabh.

She will be sadly missed by her heartbroken husband,  sons,  grandchildren, daughters-in-law  Tríona and Deirdre, brothers Sean (UK) and  Tom (Co. Clare) and sister Sarah McCarthy (Derryvohey),  brothers-in-law,  sisters-in-law,  nephews,  nieces,  cousins,  relatives and many friends.

May her gentle soul rest in peace.

Anne Marie was a well known florist and worked for many years in the family business at Mountain View,  Castlebar.  She loved the outdoor life and in particular gardening.  She was an avid reader of  books and she enjoyed travelling.

Removal from her home on Saturday at 1.30 arriving to the Church of the Holy Family Kiltimagh for Funeral Mass at 2.30.

Burial afterwards in Kilkinure Cemetery.

House private please.
