Mary (Curly) Duffy nee Malone,

St. Mary's Crescent, Westport on the 17th May 2021.

Predeceased by her husband Sean, son Kevin and infant son.

Sadly missed by her loving family, daughters Yvonne and Margaret, sons John, Martin, Cathal, Jim, Kyran and Brian, sons-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, son-in-law, daughters-in-law, brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and neighbours.

May Her Gentle Soul Rest in Peace.

Funeral Mass on Wednesday, May 19th at 11am in St. Mary's Church, Westport with burial afterwards in Aughagower Cemetery.

Mass will be live streamed on www.churchtv.ie/westport.

Due to HSE guidelines funeral will be private to family members only.

Curly was a breath of fresh air when you would meet her, even on the darkest of days she would light up a room. Curly always left you with, at the very least, a smile on your face. Many's the time I was lucky enough to be entertained down through the years by 'the double act' that was, Curly & Winnie, along with many others, in The Clew Bay, Treacy's & Hobans. They would have the whole place in knots! Curly was one wonderful, warm, funny & amazing woman, and Westport is all the poorer for having lost such a shinning light.
