Derroon, Ballymote, Co. Sligo (9th of May 2021) - peacefully after a short illness at Sligo University Hospital,

surrounded by his loving family.

Dearly loved husband of Betty and loving father of Gerard, Helen and Patricia. Regretted and sadly missed by his daughter-in-law Noreen, son-in-law Thomas, adored grandchildren James, Jenny, Darragh, Sophie, Shane and Matthew, his sisters Mary O'Connor and Kathleen McBride (London,UK) Bridie Colleran (Ballymote), brothers Michael (Leixlip), Paddy (Surrey, UK) and John (Ballymote), brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Rest In Peace

Martin will repose at the residence of his son Gerard at Derroon on Tuesday from 5 pm to 8 pm for family and close friends only please.

Removal on Wednesday 12th of May to the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Ballymote to arrive for Funeral Mass at 12 noon.

Burial afterwards in St. Columbas Cemetery.

Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to the Parkinson Association (Sligo branch) c/o any family member.

Due to the H.S.E. and government guidelines, the funeral at all stages will be for family only with a max of 50 people attending the Church and Cemetery.
