Margaret Kerrigan,

Cloonlee, Ballinlough, Co Roscommon - peacefully in Sligo Hospice after a brave illness.

Sadly missed by her cousins, extended family, friends, work colleagues & neighbours.

May she rest in Peace.

Removal from her home on Wednesday morning to The Church of the Immaculate Conception, Ballinlough for Funeral Mass at 12 o'clock with the funeral proceeding to Ballinlough Cemetery.

Donations if desired to Sligo Hospice, c/o Gavin's Undertakers, Knox Street, Ballyhaunis, Co Mayo.

I am so saddened to learn of Margaret's passing. We met when Margaret was a young toddler in NYC and kept in touch after she and her family moved back to Ireland through occasional visits, letters and more recently, Facebook. She was a lovely person and I know she will be missed. Rest in peace dear Margaret.

Shocked to hear Margaret ‘s dearth on Midwest. She was a kind and funny lady who not only had time for people but was so loved by all the doggies on her run. Margaret was a good natured and good humoured woman who had the ability to make time for people in her daily work. She delivered more than mail - she delivered the very best of humanity. Her illness came quickly and, sadly, was not to leave. She lived with it bravely and continued to be the best of all that made her Margaret.
