Michael J.(Mickey) O’Dowd

Cuilmore, Gurteen, Co. Sligo, April 16th 2021 - peacefully at the North West Hospice, Sligo.

Michael will be very sadly missed and fondly remembered by Neil and Beatrice and all of his other nephews and nieces, extended family, neighbours and a wide circle of friends. 

May Michael’s Gentle Soul Rest in Peace. 

Removal on Saturday (April 17th) from O’Dowd’s Funeral Home, Gurteen arriving at St. Patrick’s Church, Gurteen at 7pm.

Mass of the Resurrection on Sunday at 1pm. Burial afterwards in Carrentemple old Cemetery.

In line with current Government guidelines, Michael’s funeral will take place privately. Funeral Mass will be live-streamed via webcam at www.churchtv.ie/gurteen 

Donations in lieu of flowers, if desired to The North West Hospice, Sligo c/o Mahon & O’Dowd Funeral Directors.
