Richard Granville Steer,

Derrykill West, Newport, Co. Mayo - peacefully after a short illness.

Sadly missed by his loving wife Sue, son Mathew and partner Lucy, granddaughters Natalie and Stephanie, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Funeral cortege will leave his family residence on Wednesday morning at 11.40 to St. Patrick’s Church, Newport for Funeral Mass for the Repose of his Soul at 12 noon.

Burial afterwards in Kilbride Cemetery. 

In keeping with current Government advice and H.S.E. guidelines regarding public gatherings, Richards funeral will be private for immediate family only.

For the family and friends who would wish to view Mass, they can do so on Burrishoole Parish Facebook page and Youtube.

Family flowers only. Donations in lieu if desired to Cancer Care West, c/o Chambers Funeral Directors, Newport.
