Gerald Hayes

Moyne, Ballaghaderreen, Co. Roscommon and formerly of Kilbrittain, Co. Cork (March 13th, 2021) - peacefully in his 91st year, at University Hospital, Castlebar.

Predeceased by his son Michael Anthony.

Sadly missed and remembered with love by his wife Nora, son Gerard, daughters Catherine (Crean) and Brenda, grandchildren Henry, James, Declan, Jacqueline, Patrick and Shauna, , great-grandchildren Henry Óg, Willow and Autumn, son-in-law Henry, daughter-in-law Teresa, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, relatives, neighbours and friends.

May He Rest in Peace.

Removed from The Sharkey Funeral Home, Ballaghaderreen on Tuesday at 10.45am to the Church of the Sacred Heart, Fairymount (via Moyne and Barnahalla) arriving for Mass of the Resurrection at 11.30am, followed by interment in Tibohine (new) cemetery.

A private funeral will be held.

The Hayes family would ask that over the coming days, everyone who knew him would take some time to light a candle or say a prayer in his memory.
