Dalgan Milltown, Tuam and formerly of Marnells Grove, Ballymoe, Co. Galway - peacefully at the Galway Hospice.
 
Private Funeral Mass for Sadie will take place at St Joseph's Church Milltown on Saturday morning at 11.00 am followed by Burial in Addergoole Cemetery.
