Mary Smyth née Leahy,

Ard Caoin, Ballaghaderreen, Co. Roscommon (March 1st, 2021) - peacefully at the North West Hospice, Sligo.

Predeceased by her husband Martin.

Sadly missed and remembered with love by her son Martin, daughters Lana, Deirdre, Susan and Julie, brother Jimmy, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sons-in-law Gareth and Han, daughter-in-law Liz, extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends.

May She Rest in Peace.

Mary will be removed from The Sharkey Funeral Home, Ballaghaderreen on Friday at 10.45am to St. Nathy's Cathedral arriving for Mass of the Resurrection at 11am, followed by cremation in Lakelands crematorium, Cavan.

However, in line with Government and H.S.E advice regarding public gatherings, a small private funeral will be held.

The Smyth family would ask that over the coming days, everyone who knew her would take some time to light a candle or say a prayer in her memory.

For those who would have liked to attend the Mass but cannot due to the current restrictions, Mary's Mass will be streamed on https://mcnmedia.tv/camera/cathedral-of-the-annunciation-and-st-nathy-ballaghaderreen

The Smyth family understand and appreciate that people would like to offer their condolences, we would suggest you use the private on-line condolence page.
