Mary Gleeson nee Clarke,

57 Balla Road, Claremorris (18th February 2021) – peacefully in the wonderful care of the Claremount Nursing Home.

Predeceased by her husband Paddy and brother Frank. RIP

Deeply regretted by her loving sons Tommy, Pat, Tony, Michael and Paul, her sister Sheila (Kerry), daughters-in-law Eileen, Mary and Kathy, grandchildren Mary, Gareth, Adam, Mark, Jack, Barry, Sarah and Kyle, great-grandchildren Kilian and Lila, also her niece-in-law Maria (England), her relations and wide circle of friends.

Mary’s remains will leave the residence of her son and daughter-in-law, Ard Clar on Saturday at 12.40 (via James Street) to arrive at St. Colman’s Church for Mass of the Resurrection at 1 o’clock.

Burial afterwards in St. Colman’s Cemetery, Claremorris.

Saddened to learn that Mary Agnes has passed away. Fond memories of our childhood when she was a frequent visitor to our house. In the days when our dad would put us on the train at Ballyglunin and the conductor asked to put us off the train in Ballindine where our uncle's should be there to collect us, I remember Mary Agnes was on the train and minded us and made sure the train wouldn't leave Ballindine station until she knew we were okay. Called a few times with the late Tony Qualter to her home in Claremorris where there was always a welcome. Sympathy to her family and friends. Fond memories. May her gentle soul rest in peace.
