Maura Rowland-McNamara,

Finchley, London and formally, Bracklough, Glenhest, Newport, Co. Mayo.

Maura passed away peacefully on Saturday 13th February at her home in Finchley, London surrounded by her loving family after a short illness, bravely borne. 

Maura is predeceased by her Parents, Christy and Margaret Rowland and will be sadly missed by her husband Daniel, her adored Daughters Georgina and Eleanor, her brothers Christy, Peter & Michael.  Her sisters Kathleen, Margaret, Helen, Nuala, Monica and Regina, her brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews, cousins, neighbours and her large circle of friends .

May her gentle soul Rest in Heavenly Peace.

Sincere condolences to all Maura Rowland - McNamara's Family on her passing.  Maura was a wonderful cheerful, bright character and we had so many laughs and many good nights too!.  Maura was emotionally intelligent and helped out so many people over the years, a great singer and also an inspiring athlete.  Maura suffered no fools and said it as it was (smile) - and she was well respected for this.  Maura was also a very religious person and frequently visited the church many times a week and this is now working down through her beautiful daughters.
