Patrick (Paddy) Morris,
Oury, Taugheen, Claremorris (on the 8th February).
Pre-deceased by his parents Patrick and Margaret Morris, his twin brother and other brother Jack, his sisters Annie and Kathleen.
Paddy died peacefully at his home.
Sadly missed by his wife Gay, his sisters Della (Exton, U.S.A), Margaret Gilligan (Tuam), Noreen Forde (Mayo Abbey), his nieces and nephews, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, neighbours, relatives and friends.
Rest in Peace.
Funeral will leave Paddy's home on Thursday afternoon for Funeral Mass at 2pm in St. Michael's Church, Taugheen and burial afterwards in Mayo Abbey new cemetery.
House strictly private at all times
Funeral Mass will be lived stream on Taugheen Community Facebook Page.
The funeral will be held in accordance with HSE and Government guidelines.

Paddy was hilarious in character, enjoyed visiting him. I spent many time as a child in Oury with Paddy & Grandma.
I’m delighted to have visited him the last time I was in Ireland.

I have great memories of Uncle Paddy from growing up and the many wonderful summer holidays I spent in Oury helping out on the farm all those years ago. Also all the visits he made to my mum and dad house in Thomastown, he was full of fun & laughter. I have some great stories and memories.

He was gentleman known by many a wonderful conversationali st and I had the privilege of his company on many occasions and indeed paddy was known for a bar of a song
