John McGowan,

Ballyglass, Doocastle, Ballymote, Co. Sligo on 27th January 2021 - peacefully at Bailey's Nursing Home, Tubbercurry, Co. Sligo.

Sadly missed and remembered with love by his wife Philomena, his children Adrian (Louth), Verona Burke (Foxford), Pauline (Achonry) and Michelle Leonard (Moylough), sons-in-law David, Damien and Michael, daughter-in-law Anne, his four treasured grandchildren Tom, Hannah, Eoin and Matthew, his sister Mary McGuire (Kildare), brother-in-law Mike, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and many close friends.

May he Rest in Peace.

Funeral will depart Coen's Funeral Home, The Square, Tubbercurry on Friday 29th January to arrive at the Church of the Sacred Heart, Bunninadden for Mass of the Resurrection at 11 o'clock with the funeral proceeding to Doocastle Cemetery.

In accordance with HSE and Government guidelines relating to public gatherings, the funeral service will be private to family members only.

John's Requiem Mass on Friday will be live streamed on Facebook page Coen's Funeral Directors
