Pound Road, Carrabaun, Westport and late of Clogher, Co. Offaly - suddenly at his residence January 24th 2021.

Deeply regretted by his loving family, wife Helen nee Gavin, daughter Dee Haran  (Kilgarriff, Charlestown), sons Trevor (Killawalla ), Nick (Carrabaun), son-in-law Jimmy, daughter-in-law Jane, grandchildren Saoirse, Orlaith, Alisha, Nia, Michèal, Killian and Aoibheann, brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends 

May His Soul Rest In Peace.

Due to the HSE guidelines and current restrictions Joe’s Funeral will be private to close family members only.

Requiem Mass in St. Mary’s Church, Westport on Tuesday (January 26th) at 11am with the funeral proceeding to Aughavale Cemetery.

Sad to hear of Joes passing. Joe was a great supporter of my music and at almost every gig in Westport. He would let me know in advance if he couldn't make an up coming gig in westport when he would be at a family event, in Offaly or away for a weekend with his wife Helen. It was nice to get a mention by Trevor at the mass. Joe loved life and making people laugh, he often said I should be paying him for getting people out dancing, I would always try drop him home.
