Dearly loved and missed by his wife Mae by his daughters Kathleen, Christina, Úna and Siobhán, their husbands Michael, Mike, Nial & Mark, grandchildren Seoidín, Maidhc Óg, Ailbhe, Séimí, Owen Hugh, Ódhran, Réaltín, Ríona, Órna, Shannon, & Isla, brothers, sisters, extended family, neighbours and friends.

A wonderful husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend.

Removal from his residence on Sunday morning at 11 o’clock to Tourmakeady Church for Mass at 11.30

Burial afterwards in the adjoining Cemetery.

Family flowers only. Donations if desired to the Corrib Mask Search and Rescue.

Due to current government and HSE guidelines the funeral will be for family members only.

Please observe social distancing at all times. 

The family would like to thank you for your understanding at this very difficult time.

Deeply saddened by the sudden death of Owen condolences to Mae the girls and the Heneghan family fond memories of his trip with the club to Chicago & Detroit in August of 1979 never will forget that glorious day in Hanson stadium where we battled it out on the hot astroturf on our meetings over the next forty years Owen always brought up the the tight marker he had that day never told him he played county with Clare if there is football heaven they just got a nippy corner forward.
