Fr. Michael Heagney

Redemptorist Missionary, Esker Monastery, Athenry, Co Galway and formerly of Portumna, Co Galway, on the 8th of January in the loving care of the staff at Galway Hospice.

Predeceased by his parents Joe and Annie, his brothers Tom and Francis.

Fr. Michael will be sadly missed by his brother John Joe, his sisters Pauline Murphy and Maisie Murnane, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, Redemptorist confreres, extended family and many friends.

May He Rest In Peace.

In accordance with Government guidelines, the funeral Mass at 11.00am on Sunday in Esker Church will be private for family only with church numbers limited.

Please wear face coverings and maintain social distancing.
