Condolences to Brendan's family. Brendan was one of the Sale, Cheshire, UK, 'lads' who were great friends in the late 50's - there must have been 10 of us.
We all have treasured memories of those times, the Locarno, annual trips to Ireland, East Indian meals after quality time spent at the Queens pub, and so on... Brendan, always the restless one, decided it was time to explore the world by heading to Jersey to expand his horizons and ultimately his business success. RIP, Brendan, my friend.

Rest in peace to my old school friend of sixty years ago. Brendan was also my neighbour and we walked together to school for endless days. We lost touch over time, but the memories remain. RIP . Sleep well, Brendan
