Eddie Reddington,

Cartron, Swinford - at Mayo University Hospital.

Deeply regretted by his loving wife Veronica, sons John, Jerry and Michael, daughters Karena, Caroline, Collette and Margarita, sisters Ann (USA) and Margaret McCormack (Kildare), sons-in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephew, his ten adorable grandchildren and a large circle of friends. 

Predeceased by his parents Peggy and James, brothers Michael, Seamus and John and nephew James. 

Funeral will arrive at Our Lady Help of Christians Church, Swinford (via Cartron) on Saturday morning for Mass at 12 o'clock. 

Burial afterwards in Kilconduff Cemetery. 

Family flowers only. Donations in lieu to Cancer Care.

A Mass to celebrate Eddie's life will be celebrated at a later date. 

Funeral will be confined to family only.

God must have wanted a man who always had a smile on his face and a kind word for everyone and always would have a good conversation with you Eddie brought us to school safely and home safely watching his mirrors and signalling when we had to cross the road Eddie loved his farming and as kids and young adults we looked up to Eddie as he was a excellent bus driver and would have the chat with all his passengers and knew us all by our names and Eddie was more than a bus driver when he would meet us after school or College Eddie would be interested to know how we was getting on in our chosen careers and would ask about family members as to what they we doing or where they were working or if they had emigrated to other countries If life teaches us anything it would be lovely just to take these simple actions that Eddie had in bundles We can only think of the huge loss Eddie will be to his wife and sons and daughters who would often be talked about in him being so proud of their success RIP
