Bernard (Ernie) Costello,

Church Street, Ballaghaderreen, Co. Roscommon (November 14th, 2020) - peacefully Mayo University Hospital (Ex Garda Siochana)

Ernie will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his nieces Valerie, Ann, Georgina and Rose, his nephew Kevin, his grandnieces, grandnephews, his long term carer and dear friend Assumpta and her family alongside his extended family and many friends.

May He Rest in Peace.

Ernie will be removed from The Sharkey Funeral Home, Ballaghaderreen on Wednesday at 12.30pm to St. Nathy’s Cathedral arriving for Mass of the Resurrection at 1pm.

Interment will take place in Kilcolman cemetery.

However, in line with Government and H.S.E advice regarding public gatherings, a small private funeral will be held. Ernies’ family would ask that over the coming days, everyone who knew him would take some time to light a candle or say a prayer in his memory.
