John Curran (Senior)

Deerpark, Headford, Co. Galway - peacefully at his residence.

Predeceased by his brothers Canon Paddy, Frank and Michael.

Deeply regretted by his loving wife Margaret, sons Tommy, John and Pat, his daughters Mary (London) and Bernadette (Tynagh), his brothers Fr. Tommy (Carmelite Fathers, Singapore), Andy, Gabriel and Jimmy, his sister Mary Stephens (Corofin), his brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, sons-in-law Patrick and Tony, his daughter-in-law Justyna and extended family, especially his seven adored grandchildren, Ruth, David, Conor, Niamh, Christopher, Julia and Patrick. He will be sadly missed by his neighbours and friends.

May His Gentle Soul Rest in Peace.

Due to Covid 19 restrictions, his home is private, except for family and neighbours.

Removal will take place from his residence on Wednesday morning for Requiem Mass for John Curran at 12 noon in St. Patrick and Cuana's Church, Corner Chapel followed by burial at Donaghpatrick Cemetery.

Mass will be broadcast at 12 noon on Wednesday on the Caherlistrane GAA Facebook page.
