Sr. Jo Tarpey (also known as Sr. Mercy),

Teaghlach Mhuire, Renmore, Galway; formerly of Bekan, Claremorris and Sisters of Mercy, Tuam Diocese.

Due to HSE and Government guidelines her funeral will be private.

The Funeral Mass will be celebrated in the Convent of Mercy Chapel, Tuam at 12 noon on Tuesday. 

Burial afterwards in the Convent Cemetery. 

Mass will live streamed through Tuam Cathedral webcam.

Very sorry to hear of Sr. Jo Tarpey. She was one of my father's cousin ( Dr. Patrick James Tarpey). I, unfortunately, never met her, but very much wanted to. I believe she was the last of my father's generation of Tarpeys. May her soul rest in Peace.
