Sheila Nallen nee Loughney,

Lower Bunree, Ballina - peacefully at her residence in her 99th year.

Reposing at her residence on Thursday evening from 7 o’clock until 9 o’clock.

Funeral will arrive to St. Muredach’s Cathedral, Ballina on Friday morning for Requiem Mass at 11.30 with funeral proceeding to Leigue Cemetery, Ballina.

Sheila’s funeral mass can be viewed live on ballinaparish.org

Due to current Government and HSE guidelines Sheila’s Funeral Mass will be for family and close friends please.

Face coverings and are advised for Mass please.

Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to Ballina Meals on Wheels, c/o McGowan's Funeral Home, Ballina.

I’m so sad to hear of the death of Sheila. Sheila was a wonderful lady and much loved in her community due to her involvement over many years in voluntary work. Her Christian values and qualities were strongly practiced over her long life and Sheila will reap the rewards in the next life, where she once again joins her beloved Husband John. I extend sympathy to her dearest friend and life companion Bernie who was there for Sheila during her long life and also at the end. Condolences also to her many relatives and friends, may her gentle soul rest in peace. Thinking of you all.
