An Sruthan, Turlough Road, Castlebar - peacefully at his residence.

Predeceased by his parents Mary and Robert, brother Tom and sister Veronica.

Deeply regretted by his loving son Mark, partner Ann Marie, brothers Robert and David, sisters Tina, Carmel, Melissa and Dana, aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Rest In Peace.

Removal from The Coady Funeral Home, Linenhall Street, Castlebar on Tuesday morning at 11.30 to Shannon Crematorium for committal service at 2 o'clock.

The funeral will be private at all times.

Family flowers only. Donations to Palliative care c/o Coady Funeral Directors.

The family would like to thanks the staff of Mayo University Hospital, St. Johns Unit, Sacred Heart Hospital and Palliative Care for all the wonderful care and support shown to the family.
