Scregg, Kilkerrin, Ballinasloe, Co. Galway – at University Hospital, Galway.

A private Funeral Mass will take place in St. Joseph’s Church, Kilkerrin on Sunday at 1.30 for family and friends.

Burial afterwards in Kilkerrin Cemetery.

Mass will be broadcast on Kilkerrin Radio.

House private please.

Family flowers only.

Dear Auntie Mary & Hughes cousins, we're so very sorry for the loss of our dear Uncle Tom (& mom's brother) - he was a humble, kind, unassuming, gentle person with a beautiful soul.
The Rochfords all have very fond memories of our various stays & visits to the farm. Making toast over the kitchen oven fire and playing games with Grandad & Uncle Tom when we were kids. Bringing the fresh-cut hay back to the farm via horse & cart. (Good old Bob, the gentle horse!) Picking rocks out of the fields. All the while there was one constant during all these visits - our very patient & considerate Uncle Tom. Memories of bygone days & a special man.
We will miss you, Uncle Tom, may you rest in peace.

Dearest Mary and Hughes Family please accept our deepest sympathy and loving prayers on the death of our Irish Family Patriarch Tom Hughes of Scregg-West, Kilkerrin/ Ballinasloe, County Galway, Ireland.
