Nan Carr nee McLoughlin,

Fenian Row, Ballina, Co. Mayo - peacefully at her residence.

Predeceased by her beloved husband Paddy, parents Mai and Cecil, brothers Sean, Seamus, Paddy, Mikie and Noel, sisters Kathleen Jones & Mary o’Mahoney.

Nan, beloved mother of Marie, Michael, Patrick, Liam, Anthony and Martin.

Sadly missed by her daughter & sons, brothers Nicolas, Kevin, Foncie, sisters Bernie Doherty & Bridie O’Brien, daughters-in-law, son-in-law, grandchildren, great grandchildren, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Rest in peace.

Reposing at her residence on Wednesday from 3 o’clock until 9 o’clock.

Funeral cortege will leave her residence on Thursday at 12.45 to arrive at St. Muredach’s Cathedral, Ballina for mass of the resurrection at 1.30 (via Ardnaree), with burial afterwards in Leigue Cemetery (via Lord Edward Street).

House private on Thursday morning please.

Nan’s Funeral Mass will be live streamed @ ballinaparish.org

Family flowers only please donations if desired to Western Alzheimer’s c/o Mc Gowan Funeral Home, Ballina. 

Due to current Government and HSE guidelines Nan’s funeral mass will be private for family and close friends.

A memorial mass for Nan will take place at a later date.
