Deirdre Dooney,

Toronto, Canada and late of Market Street, Ballaghaderreen, Co. Roscommon - June 25th 2020 – suddenly at home.

Predeceased by her parents Seamus and Babs and her partner Earnest Stanfelj.

She will be very sadly missed by her loving family, her sister Marie (Hannon), her brothers Pat (Sligo), Malachy (Galway), and James, her brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and a large circle of friends.

May she rest in peace

Mass of the Resurrection on Saturday at 3 o’clock in the Cathedral of the Annunciation and St. Nathy Ballaghaderreen with burial afterwards in Kilcolman Cemetery.

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic and with regard to Government advice and HSE guidelines, Deirdre’s Funeral will be private to family members and close friends. For those who are unable to attend and wish to express their condolences they can do so online at the bottom of this page.

Mass cards or condolences by traditional manner can be forwarded c/o Kilgarriff Funeral Directors, Market Street, Ballaghaderreen, Co. Roscommon.

The Dooney family wish to thank you for your understanding at this enormously difficult time.
A memorial Mass for Deirdre will be celebrated at a later stage.
