Philomena (Phil) Forkin née Mahon,

Derrinabruck, Cloontia, Ballymote, Co. Sligo - Peacefully at her home.

Sadly missed and remembered with love by her husband Christy, daughter Fionnuala, sons Adrian and Damien, brother Jimmy, sisters Patricia, Beatrice and Noreen, grandchildren Aaron and Ethan, son-in-law Adrian, daughters-in-law Therese and Ashley, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law,  nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

May She Rest in Peace.

Removal from her home on Monday at 10.30am to St. Colman’s Church, Derrinacartha arriving for Mass of the Resurrection at 11am, followed by interment in Carracastle cemetery.

The Funeral will take place privately and can be viewed on the Sharkey funeral directors/facebook.

A Memorial Mass will be offered at a later date.

Donations in lieu of flowers to the Irish Cancer Society c/o Tom Sharkey & Sons, Funeral Directors
