Doohoma, Ballina - at Mayo University Hospital.

Deeply regretted by his wife Kathleen (nee Cafferkey), daughter Babs, sons Kevin and Jamie, sisters Bridget (Stafford), Moira (Gaughan) and brother Richard, grandchildren, Teresa, Rebecca, Amie, Annie Kate, nephews, nieces and a large circle of family and friends.

A Funeral Mass will take place on Tuesday at 12 noon in St Pius X Church, Doohoma with burial afterwards in Doohoma Cemetery.

Due to the HSE guidelines, PJ's Funeral will take place in private.

A Memorial Mass to celebrate PJ's life will be announced and held at a later date. The family would like to thank you for your co-operation and consideration at this difficult time.
