Edward (Eddie) Murray,

Ballindrimley, Castlerea, Co. Roscommon and Fanore, Co. Clare (May 10th 2020) - peacefully at the Mater Private Hospital, Dublin.

Pre-deceased by his wife Winnie.

Loving father to Maria (Co. Clare) and Edward (USA).

Deeply regretted by his daughter, his son and adored grandchildren Eamon, Claire, Bob, Tess and Úna. His sister Mary (Pex), daughter-in-law Molly, sister-in-law Bernie, extended family, neighbours and friends both in Castlerea and Fanore.

May He Rest In Peace

Removal from his home on Thursday morning to St. Patrick's Church, Castlerea for a Private Funeral Mass at 11 o'clock with burial afterwards in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Castlerea.

A Memorial Mass to celebrate Eddie's life will take place at a future date.

Given the exceptional circumstances and to protect everyone especially the vulnerable, the government advise on public gatherings will be adhered to at all times, in particular with regard to social distancing and handshaking. Those who wish to attend but cannot due to current restrictions, can offer their sympathy using the online condolence book on this page.
