Chicago, Illinois - wife of Seamus Dunleavy (formerly of Carrowleambeg, Killasser, Swinford),

Mother of Stephen, Danny, Jacklyn, Erin, Mairead and Kate.

Patty is a daughter of Jack and the late Nellie Gavin (Swinford) and a daughter-in-law of Una and the late Stephen Dunleavy (Carrowleambeg, Killasser, Swinford).

Funeral arrangements are to be determined later.  

Memorial Masses will take place at a later date.

There are no words to express what has happened to this dear Family. My heart breaks as I remember Patty as a tiny little girl, the cutest little (her Uncle Tom would call her "His Little Monkey") girl that you would ever see, lit up a room with her smiles. I can see her right now in my mind. I lost my mom at thirteen to Cancer and I've been fighting Cancer myself for years, It hurts to see another family to go through this, especially this Family., Her husband, children, Aunts,Uncles, Her Father Jack and the Gavin kids, everyone who knew them. I will keep you all in my Prayers. Through the Grace of God, please Bless this Family and keep them well.
