Betty Igoe (née Sweeney),

Keighley, West Yorkshire and formerly of Ellaghmore, Bonniconlon, Co. Mayo, peacefully at Sutton Hall on 29th April 2020.

Predeceased by her beloved husband Tommy, her parents John and Harriet Sweeney and sisters Harriet, Frankie & Flora. She will be sadly missed by her family: sister Agnes, daughters Carolyne & Maureen, son John, daughter in law Lynne, grandchildren Piers, Christopher & Hollie, nieces and nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.  

Due to the current circumstances a private family funeral will take place with a celebration of life to be held at a later date.

We wish to express our heartfelt sympathy to Agnes,Carolyne, Maureen ,John ,Lynne,Piers,Ch ristopher and Hollie and all the family both in Keighley and Selby.at the sad news of Betty's passing .We have beautiful memories of Betty and Tom --visiting us here in Knockroe and also for Michael when he used to stay with them in Keighley--it was a home away from home for him and their house was a little part of Bonniconlon in Yorkshire . He was always made to feel so at home in their house. We are so sorry that we are unable to attend Betty's funeral tomorrow in Keighley--we will be there you in spirit and we will keep you in our thoughts and prayers.Betty was a beautiful lady and we will always remember her.May her gentle soul rest in peace.
